
Reiner is an experienced heritage practitioner and archaeologist with demonstrated skills in Indigenous heritage management and community consultation. Reiner has over a decade of experience in the identification, assessment, survey and excavation of Aboriginal heritage in both Queensland, New South Wales, and Northern Territory. He is skilled at working with Indigenous community groups and key Aboriginal stakeholders, being engaged by both Aboriginal parties and proponents. Reiner has a strong understanding of Commonwealth and state legislation, local planning requirements, and best-practice heritage principles, as well as demonstrated expertise in the planning and execution of fieldwork surveys and excavations, the use and application of GIS software, and the preparation of post-investigation reporting.
