Leo is an experienced heritage practitioner who oversees Extent Heritage’s built heritage operations in Victoria. He has a background as a planning and property lawyer, as a senior manager within the Heritage Council of Victoria and was a founding Director of both GJM Heritage and Line of Sight Heritage.

Leo has a history of leading built heritage teams responsible for the development and delivery of complex policy and project objectives. He has particular experience in undertaking significance assessments, providing strategic heritage advice and preparing heritage impact statements to guide a wide range of commercial, educational, and residential development.
