Leo is an experienced heritage practitioner with a background in planning, law, and history who has worked across the property, planning and heritage industries for over 15 years. In his role as National Technical Lead (Heritage Places), Leo has overseen many of Extent’s largest and most complex built heritage projects.
In New South Wales, he has worked with the City of Parramatta on the development of Civic Link, Hassell on preparing a heritage strategy to inform the development of built form controls in Parramatta, Ernst & Young on the management of the Bloomfield Hospital site in Orange, Schools Infrastructure New South Wales (SINSW) on the assessment of multiple school sites, as well as providing design advice and preparing SOHIs for, amongst others, SMEC, Macquarie University and Woolworths.
