Andrew is an accomplished heritage consultant and archaeologist with over eighteen years’ experience across consulting, academic, and government sectors. Holding First Class Honours in Archaeology and Anthropology and an MBA in Social Impact, Andrew brings a rare blend of technical expertise, strategic insight, and leadership capability.
He has delivered major heritage assessments and complex excavations for clients including Transgrid, Sydney Water, and Transport for NSW, with a strong record of Aboriginal community consultation, compliance, and cultural sensitivity. Andrew has worked across urban, regional, and remote contexts in Australia and internationally, and is recognised for his ability to manage large teams, navigate legislative frameworks, and deliver high-quality outcomes that balance statutory requirements with meaningful heritage values.
