
Alice Bergagnin is an Engagement and Communications Specialist at Extent Heritage with experience in heritage communication, digital engagement, and visual storytelling. Her work focuses on translating complex heritage and cultural narratives into clear and engaging public-facing content across digital platforms, publications, and interpretive materials. Alice supports the documentation and communication of heritage projects through photography, content development, and strategic storytelling that connects audiences with heritage places and their histories.
Prior to joining Extent, she worked across communications and cultural initiatives including exhibition support at the National Gallery of Ferrara (Italy) and digital content development for arts and cultural organisations in Europe and Australia. She also worked in digital communications at PASS S.r.l., where she coordinated online communication and supported campaign optimisation using platform insights and analytics. Alice holds a Master of Economics and Management for Arts, Culture, Media and Entertainment from Bocconi University, graduating with First Class Honours. Her international experience across Italy, France and Australia informs her approach to communicating heritage in ways that are engaging, thoughtful, and grounded in place.
